Hey Arnold! follows the life of Arnold, Arnold lives with his grandparents in a multi-ethnic, urban neighbourhood that offers endless possibilities for adventure . How do you deal with a ferocious girl named Helga Pataki who could beat you up with both hands tied behind her back? Arnold has his share of problems, all right, but he always has a solution.

Known as The Great Storyteller of the Urban Legends, Plus, he’s also an expert on getting his best friend, Arnold, in all kind of embarrassing situations, although, unfortunately, he is also a master to get him out of them, he's 9 years old.
Helga Pataki
The bittersweet and torture Helga Pataki. How she loves Arnold and How she wishes to smash his face in just one blow. She never low her guard but somehow she manages to let people know her feelings. And for that she has three different things: Her little pink book, the five avengers and the old Betsy (Her personal diary, her right fist and her left fist) she's 9 years old.
Phoebe Heyerdahl
The smartest girl in the class. She is Helga Pataki's best friend, though Helga tends to boss her around. Her ethnicity is half-Japanese, but she is from Kentucky. both she and Gerald have a love interest in one another, she's 9 years old.
Grandpa
He's name Phil call him Steely Phil, his wife named Bucky, He's always give Arnold advices and help him and tells him stories, He got a master's in checkers Chinese and so won the title of Steely Phil, Tommy Kafka's was has best friend but they arborization, He is in good health and fitness, Despite his age, He's 80 years old.
Grandma
Bucky, Phil's wife, Emotive and sometimes quick to anger, but funny and very fun she love Arnold and she's always learning him new things, she got a black belt of Karate, calling Arnold Kepa, she's 80 years old.
